Brief Summary
|
With physical activity being recommended to all the adult population, taking out time for physical activity becomes a challenge. Young adults have to manage academic and extracurricular pursuits simultaneously, leading to hectic schedules. HIIT training can be effective in meeting their daily exercise demands in a lesser amount of time. Fitness components like reaction time, dynamic balance and strength are required by young adults to carry out their daily tasks. Hence, the present study is designed to determine the effect of 4 weeks HIIT intervention on reaction time, dynamic balance and strength of young adults. |
