Intervention  Spinal Rotation training  consist of 6 different types of exercises(chop(stability), lift(stability), superman with rotation, horizontal(chop), rotational medicine ball throw, landmine lateral flexion rotation with resistance band). the intervention is for 4 weeks long with 3 sessions each week -a total sessions of 12 supervised sessions.each will br individualized based on the participants training status and it will be 30-40 minutes session , initally for 1st week each exercise 1 set with 8-10 reps and it will progress in upcomming weeks by increasing by 1 set, the progression will be based on the individuals rate of perceived exertion(RPE) during individual sessions

Brief Summary   Studies have shown improvement in the performance when incorporating the spinal rotational training. However has been no intervention to understand the effect of spinal rotational training on rotational performance, periscapular muscular stiffness.

It is a non-randomized controlled trial with a duration of 9 months. Healthy participants are selected under specific criteria, and after obtaining their consent, the study will be conducted. Participants in the intervention group will come for total of 12 sessions in a span of 4 weeks. The control group will continue with their own training or no training if they don,t train.

Pre and post intervention data is collected for rotational performance and periscapular muscular stiffness.
