Brief Summary   This study aims to compare agility, flexibility, dynamic balance, single-leg strength, and reaction time across different levels of Taekwondo athletes. As a high-intensity Olympic sport, Taekwondo requires rapid kicks, precise timing, and strong postural control, making these attributes essential for performance and injury prevention. Athletes at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels develop these qualities differently, yet limited research has examined their comparative progression. This cross-sectional study will recruit 45 Taekwondo practitioners in Dharwad, categorized by belt rank, and evaluate them using standardized outcome measures: T-test for agility, sit-and-reach for flexibility, Y-balance test for dynamic balance, single-leg vertical jump for strength, and ruler drop test for reaction time. Findings are expected to reveal distinct physical profiles at each stage, providing insights for physiotherapists, coaches, and athletes. Outcomes will help design tailored training programs, improve performance, and reduce lower-limb injury risks in Taekwondo practitioners across all levels of expertise.
