Professional Swimmers Having More Than 4 Years Of Competitive Experience. Performs 4-5 Training Session Per Week For 1-2 Hours. Swimmers With Scapular Dyskinesia Confirmed By Lateral Scapula Slide Test.Participants Willing To Participate In The Study And Who Can Comprehend The Commands.

Swimmers With Uncontrolled Systemic Conditions. Swimmers With Any Musculoskeletal And Neurological Disorders. Swimmers With Congenital Or Acquired Deformities
