Brief Summary   This cross-sectional study aims to find the correlation between core stability and upper extremity stability in recreational squash players aged 18–40 years. Squash requires strong core and upper limb stability for effective movement, performance, and injury prevention. Sixty players will be tested using a Pressure Biofeedback Unit for core stability and the Upper Quarter Y-Balance Test for upper limb stability. The study’s goal is to help develop better training and rehabilitation strategies by understanding how these two stabilities are related.
