Brief Summary
|
This observational study aims to assess the nutritional literacy, dietary practices, level of physical activity and work related quality of life among female nurses residing in Mumbai city. The study follows mixed method explanatory sequential design. Quantitative data will be collected from 100 nurses using standardized tools such as General Nutritional Knowledge questionnaire, work related quality of life (WRQoL) scale, and International physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ). Additionally qualitative data will be obtained through focused interviews with 10 nurses to explore factors influencing the dietary practices, physical activity and work related quality of life. The study will help identify gaps in nutritional knowledge and provide insights for improving nurses health and quality of life. |
