This cross-sectional study investigates healthy eating behaviours among adolescents across three cultural groups in India: Marathi, Gujarati, and Tamil. It aims to assess how cultural background, religious beliefs, and health perceptions influence dietary choices. Data will be collected through a structured questionnaire to evaluate dietary patterns and sociodemographic factors. The findings may support the development of culturally appropriate nutrition interventions and contribute to a better understanding of how socio-cultural contexts shape adolescent eating behaviours in India. |
