This experimental study aims to evaluate the effects of various physiotherapeutic intervention on pain, functional performance and biomarker changes in bicipital tendinopathy among overhead athletes aged 18-30 years. The study will be conducted at the outpatient department of Faculty of physiotherapy , ACS Medical College and Hospital, which involves 174 male subjects divided into three groups of 58 participants each, undergoing 30-minute sessions four times weekly over a period of 12 weeks. The primary aim is to investigate the effects of Spencer Technique, Tendon Gliding Exercises, Conventional Exercises interventions on Bicipital Tendinopathy Among Overhead Athletes. Secondary objectives include assessing the individual effects of each intervention on these parameters. Outcome measures encompass Pain, Functional performance, Biomarker Changes. The results, which will be revealed after the intervention period, are intended to identify the most effective physiotherapy approach on Pain, Functional performance, Biomarker Changes in Bicipital Tendinopathy Among Overhead Athletes |
