Brief Summary
The present study titled “Influence of 8-week Combined Lower Limb Motor Coordination and Neuromuscular Training on Different Performance Parameters and Biochemical Value of Testosterone among Collegiate Badminton Players” aims to evaluate the impact of combined lower limb motor coordination and neuromuscular training strategies on various physical performance parameters (such as motor speed, agility, core strength, power, and balance) as well as on the biochemical levels of testosterone. A quasi-experimental design will be employed, using a pre-test and post-test format. A total of 110 collegiate badminton players, both male and female, aged between 16 and 25 years with a minimum of one year of playing experience, will be selected through convenient random sampling. The study will exclude individuals with a history of recent injuries, chronic illnesses, medication use, or substance abuse. The sample will be drawn from various universities and badminton academies located in Haryana and Delhi. This research seeks to explore both the physical and hormonal adaptations following a structured 8-week training intervention and to examine the association between neuromuscular and motor training with testosterone levels in young athletes.
