Brief Summary
|
This randomized controlled trial compares the effectiveness of intra-articular corticosteroid injection plus strengthening exercise versus conventional physiotherapy in knee osteoarthritis patients aged 40–70 years. The intervention lasts 8 weeks, with injections given based on pain levels. Primary outcome is pain measured by NPRS, and secondary outcomes include WOMAC, TUG test, goniometer, 30 second Sit-to-Stand test. Follow-up will be done at 6 months to assess long-term effects. |
