Details  Patients with Complaints of Tinnitus with intact tympanic membrane on PTA and no hearing loss will be included.
Patients between the ages of 12 and 70 years will be included in this study.
Patients will be enrolled irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, and socio-economic background.
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Patients not willing to participate in the study will be excluded.
Patients with Complaints of Tinnitus without an intact tympanic membrane and hearing loss will be excluded.
Patients who are not between the age groups will be excluded in this study.

Brief Summary  
The study will be carried out in the ENT and Vikriti Vigyan department and the ENT department, Sir Sunderlal Hospital, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. The Patients of Tinnitus with intact of tympanic membrane will be selected randomly divided into three groups and registered for the study. After registration, the registered patient will be checked for hearing loss using PTA, Tinnitus severity using the THI in Hindi scale, a Personal Interview, and HAM-A, HAM-B for associated psychiatric co morbidity. Once the patient is confirmed, the patient will be provided with  therapy as per group in which they fall.. Follow-up will be done every 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and after the completion of the stipulated time, the patient will be reviewed again and the THI score will be re-calculated. Written consent will be taken from the patient participating in the study.
