Brief Summary
|
The study is about to compare the speed and vertical jump height performances in school going children (aged between 13 to 17 years) wearing stacked and non stacked shoes. Stacked shoes are basically those kind of shoes which has a height or cushioning provided at the heel area of the shoe whereas the non stacked shoes are the ones which will be completely flat, without any height or cushioning provided. Effect of stack on speed and vertical jump in school going children is not yet studied and this area is required to be explored further |
