Disaster training program |
The intervention for the test group includes: Each phase will be conducted at an interval of 3 months
Phase 1 - Preliminary mock drill to assess baseline preparedness
Phase 2 - Training sessions and awareness lectures followed by a mock drill
Phase 3 - Tabletop disaster recovery exercises followed by a mock drill
Phase 4 - Full-scale mock drill with realistic simulation and moulage
Each phase involves observation using checklists, feedback from participants, video recordings, and analysis of incident logs. Staff roles are preassigned, and performance is evaluated after each phase.
