Brief Summary
Modification(s)
|
Kabaddi demands sped, agility and leg explosive strength for quick sprints and sharp directional changes. While traditional methods like strength training and plyometrics are common, this study explores how fartlek training can enhance agility and leg power in kabaddi players. |
