Brief Summary   This study is a cross-sectional study to determine the relation between time management skills, occupational balance, and work performance among white-collar workers in India using scales such as Adult Time Management Scale 2.0, Occupational Balance Questionnaire (OBQ-11), Health and Work Questionnaire (HWQ) which are all self reported outcome measures. Scales would be circulated through social media platforms and professional networks using snowball and convenience sampling. Estimated sample size for this study is 122.
