Brief Summary   The present study aims to investigate the immediate and short-term effects of trataka on brain wave dynamics measured through Electroencephalography (EEG). To fulfill the purpose of the study, participants will be randomly divided into two groups of twenty-two (22) each: Trataka group and age and sex matched Control Group. The primary outcome measures will be brain waves and state of mind. The secondary outcome will be EKG. Outcomes will be assessed at baseline and 6 weeks.
