Brief Summary   Tinea corporis  is a common dermatophytic infection in rural areas and often shows unfavorable response to homeopathic treatment .This research will highlight various factors responsible for poor treatments outcome including poor hygiene, humid environmental condition, occupational exposure, misuse of topical steroid, irregular follow up, poor compliance nutritional deficiency, prior suppressive treatment understanding and adderssing these  factors along with individualise homoeopathic prescribing can improve therapeutic response and reducess recurrence
