Brief Summary
|
The rising prevalence of FHP in young adults is largely attributed to sedentary lifestyles and
extensive use of digital devices. This study is necessary because FHP can lead to functional
limitations, neck pain, and muscle imbalances. It is important to explore its relationship with
DNF endurance, which plays a crucial role in cervical spine stability. By understanding this
relationship, the study can help fill gaps in the existing literature, guide effective rehabilitation
programs, and promote preventive measures to reduce the incidence of musculoskeletal
disorders associated with poor posture. |
