All 10 of these exercises will be given for 2 weeks

Brief Summary

Educational Kinesiology, the phrase usually describes a specific set of movements, processes, programs, materials, and educational philosophy.

It consists of 26 simple movements that are believed to enhance academic and behavioral performance by activating both hemispheres of the brain through neurological repatterning to promote whole-brain learning.

It is purported that by integrating left and right sides of the brain, learning problems, emotional, and psychological stress will be eliminated allowing individuals to optimize their learning experience.

Improvements in many domains is proven such as Concentration, focus, memory also Academics, reading, writing, maths, test taking also the physical coordination, organization skills and attitude and others domains like stress, depression, balance, dementia.

There are numerous study related to effect on attention, balance, coordination, memory, academic performance, cognition. But effect in overall activity and collective domains of integrated brain functions specifically in age group of 6-9 is not conducted and researched upon.

Despite emerging evidence supporting educational kinesiology, its application remains limited, underexplored, and inconsistent in clinical settings, leaving a gap in holistic rehabilitation approaches.

For potential learners, the strategies used in school does not specifically target the integrated brain functional performance. This study seeks to provide information, to study and to decide whether Educational Kinesiology exercises is an appropriate intervention on integrated brain functional performance among school going students of age between 6-9 and it can be useful for direct implementation of educational kinesiology exercise program as it is cost effective and easily deliverable.
