Brief Summary
|
•Post-graduate residents of anaesthesiology particularly face high stress, due to their demanding work pattern, irregular sleep, and the subject specific mental and physical demands.
•Limited research exists on the impact of these lifestyle factors on the health of anaesthesiology post-graduate residents.
•The study fills this gap by assessing how life style and work style patterns and
habits affect their physical, mental and social health and well-being.
•The findings can guide interventions to improve students’ health, enhance academic performance, and promote healthier lifestyle choices. |
