Brief Summary
|
A total of 90 healthy young
adults will be recruited and assigned into three groups. High Intensity
Interval Training, Moderate Intensity Continuous Training, and a Control Educational
Intervention group. After obtaining informed consent, participants will undergo
baseline assessments including anthropometric measures, a graded exercise test,
and cognitive tests Computerized Modified
Stroop Task, The Digit Span Test, Word Recall Test. Participants in the HIIT
group will perform repeated short sprints with recovery periods, while the MICT
group will engage in continuous moderate running. The control group will
receive weekly educational sessions on physical and cognitive health. Interventions
will continue for six weeks under supervision, with cognitive and physiological
responses monitored throughout. |
