participants in control group will going to continue their regular internship training, they will not have any access to join MOOC . |

Experimental Group |
Participants will undergo structured training via the MOOC on the college LMS. Participants will complete interactive quizzes, discussion forums, and case simulations. and their post intervention knowledge and will be compared with their pre intervention knowledge. |

Brief Summary
|
2 PHASE, RCT, IN PHASE 1 MOOC ON ORTHODONTIC DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT PLANING WILL BE CREATED FOR DENTAL INTERN AND IT WILL LAUNCH IN COLLEGE LMS, AND IN PHASE 2, ALL THE PARTICIPANTS OF EXPERIMENNTAL GROUP WILL JOIN AND COMPLETE THE MOOC WHILE CONTROLL GROUP INTERN WILL UNDERGO THEIR REGULAR TRAINING. THEIR SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE AT POST INTERVENTION STAGE WILL BE COMPARED WITH THEIR OWN POST INTERVENTION KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL. |
