5. For females : grip strength less than 32.9 kg
6. For males : grip strength less than 46.3 kg

1. Hand trauma
2. Impaired hand function
3. Present pain or other kinds of complaints in hand area
4. Fragile skin
5. Cardiopulmonary disorders
6. Hormonal and osteomyoarticular disorder.
7. Joints and bone deformities
8. Congenital or aquired , in either of the upper extremities
9. Central or peripheral neurological deficit
10. Injury or surgery to upper extrimities within last 6 months.
11. Skin Allergy
