Brief Summary
|
A Descriptive study will be conducted to assess the psychological well-being and coping strategies among community health workers in Dakshina Kannada district A Purposive sampling technique will be used to select 138 community health workers from selected PHCs of Dakshina Kannada district Data will be collected by sending a Google form to the community health workers whatsapp numbers The tools used for data collection include a baseline proforma Ryffs Psychological well-being scale and Coping scale Tabulated data will be analyzed using appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics |
