Brief Summary
|
Nurses play a vital role in the healthcare system, serving as an essential part of the workforce. However, they often operate in high-stress environments, which can significantly impact their mental well-being. This study is therefore needed to investigate the interconnected roles of perceived social support and locus of control in predicting anxiety among nurses in high-risk settings. Understanding how these variables interact can provide critical insights into protective psychological mechanisms and inform interventions aimed at enhancing nurses’ well-being and professional functioning. Hence, the present study aims to evaluate the relationship between perceived social support, locus of control and anxiety among nursing professionals in high-risk units. |
