Brief Methodology: Single Arm, Open label, Prospective, Interventional clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of Zeroharm Sciences Holo liver detox in the management of Liver disorders registered with CTRI and approved by the institutional Ethics Committee.
Results: 53 enrolled participants completed the study, At baseline 34 of 53 participants had an abnormal USG W/A finding (Grade I fatty liver: 30, 56.6 %, Grade II: 2, 3.8 %, Hepatomegaly 2:3.8 %)baseline USG reflecting the early-stage disease profile of the cohort. Holo Licer detox produced statistically significant reduction in all key LFT parameters.
Conclusion: 90 Days of treatment with Zeroharm Sciences Holo Liver detox produces statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvements in liver function tests (Total Bilirubin, SGPT/ALT, SGOT/AST, and ALP), near complete resolution of appetite loss and nausea/vomiting, and highly significant sonographic reversal of fatty liver grade, Hepatic synthetic function remained stable throughout. Zeroharm Sciences Holo Liver Detox is well tolerated with complete absence of adverse events across all participants and can be recommended as a safe, effective nutraceutical for the management of Yakruddalyudarah (Liver Disorders) |
