Brief Summary
|
Root Canal Treatment is a complex procedure aimed at preserving the tooth in oral cavity in terms of form, function and aesthetics. However, in cases of periradicular pathologies and big periapical lesions, healing of periradicular tissues is affected. This study was planned to evaluate the effect of Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) apical plug placed inside root canal with conventional root canal treatment on healing of periradicular tissues versus patients undergoing conventional root canal treatment without any PRF apical plug |
