Brief Summary   Subjects will be selected as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Subjects will be divided into two groups: the Experimental Group will be given an application of Kinesio taping on ankle of the affected side along with proprioceptive training using Pro-kin, and the control group will be given an application of Kinesio Taping on the ankle of the affected side along with conventional Proprioceptive training like double limb stance with eyes closed, single limb stance with open and closed eyes. A blue coloured exercise band was used to maintain balance in single-limb stance with abduction of the contra-lateral leg against resistance of an exercise band.
