Endurance training |
Patients were asked to lie in supine position . Place the pressure biofeedback unit under the upper cervical spine .the dial which was connected to the pressure sensor, was given to the patient. Pressure cuff inflated to 20mmHg and Instruct the patient to nod and increase pressure on the cuff to 22 mm Hg and hold the pressure steady for 10 second and relax . Patients were advised to perform Craniocervical flexion action to progressively target (reach the incremental targets) and hold the 5 pressure levels for 10 second between 22 mm Hg and 30 mm Hg.Endurance training session had a maximum of 4 sets and should performed thrice in week up to four week. |

The subjects in this study performed static stretching on the sternocleidomastoid and the trapezius upper three times per week for four weeks.

1. Age: 20 to 40 years. 2. Gender: Male and Females only. 3. Subjects with neck pain more than 3 month.
4. Subject visual analogue score 3 to 7. 5. Subject working more than 2 hours per day. 6. Subject working 5 days per week. 7. subject working last since 2 years. 8. Subjects willing to
participate. |

Subjects Known cervical spinal pathologies.
Neck surgery & upper limb surgery within last 3 months
Skin conditions & allergy
Severe musculoskeletal, neurological and cardio respiratory disorder.
