Brief Summary
Modification(s)
This study investigates the effectiveness of Gong’s mobilization, Angular joint mobilization, and Maitland mobilization in improving physical and functional outcomes in patients with frozen shoulder, a condition characterized by pain, stiffness, and restricted shoulder movement. The randomized controlled trial involves participants aged 40–60 with stage II frozen shoulder, who will receive one of the three mobilization techniques combined with ultrasound therapy and exercises for six weeks. The outcomes, including pain reduction, improved range of motion, and functional recovery, will be assessed using the PENN Shoulder Score, upper extremity functional scale, and goniometric measurements. The study aims to identify the most effective technique for optimizing recovery in frozen shoulder patients.
