The study follows a pre-post intervention design, measuring changes in stress, caregiver burden, resilience, mindfulness, and self-compassion. The study follows a pre-post intervention design with assessments at baseline, post-intervention, and follow-up, measuring changes in stress, caregiver burden, resilience, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
