Brief Summary
Modification(s)
This study is a comparative study, single blinded, parallel groups, multi center trial comparing the effects of lower limb plyometric training v/s cross training to check the dive distance and lower limb explosive power among recreational swimmers. Training will be conducted for 6 weeks in that 3 sessions per week at swimming centers in India. Dive distance will be assessed by using video analysis in KINOVEA app and lower limb explosive power by standing long jump test and vertical jump test at 1st week and 6th week of intervention.
