Brief Summary   This is a Randomised interventional study of ashwamritadi kwath and shadgranthadi tail nasya on ardhavabhedak  W.S.R.to migraine total 60 patients will be enrolled in present study. selected patients will be decided into three groups on the basis of computer generated randomisation group A containing 20 patients will be given ashwamritadi kwath and group B 20 patient given shadgranthadi tail nasya with placebo and group c 20 patient given ashwamritadi kwath and shadgranthadi tail nasya  follow up will be on every 15 days
