Brief Summary   Anesthesiologist plays a very critical role in ICU, trauma centres, pain clinic and as a member of resuscitation team all over the world. Even healthcare workers are not well aware of role of anesthetist. their knowledge is very limited. Healthcare workers paly a vital role and considered precisly the backbone of any health care system. thay stay with patients for maximum duration, listen and address their queries either independtly or with aid from suitable health care personel. KAP is widely used research tool has gained recognition within the medical field for its ability to determine the factors impacting behavioural change and religious belief. KAP analysis among HCW can elucidate the gaps in their perception, thereby influencing their decision-making process about surgery, this understanding can ultimately enhance the quality of medical care and creation of protocols for improving the outcomes.
