Type  Name  Details
Intervention  dyanmic taping tissue flossing resistance band  •Group A (test group) will receive dynamic tapping techniques with resistance band strengthening exercises, which involve rhythmic tapping or percussion on knee joint muscle groups. •Group B (test group) will receive tissue flossing techniques with resistance band strengthening exercises, which involve the application of compression bands or wraps on knee joints during movement. Both test group will have2 sessions per week for a 4 weeks period.
Comparator Agent  resistance training  •Group C (control group )will receive resistance band strengthening exercises Total duration of 4 weeks

Brief Summary   The objective of this study is to investigate how dynamic tapping OR tissue flossing techniques influence - dynamic balance, agility and jumping performance in the knees of football players. The findings from this study could have significant implications for optimizing musculoskeletal health and enhancing performance across diverse football athletes. This study investigates fitness injury epidemiology, exploring demographic, environmental, and lifestyle factors to inform evidence-based prevention strategies for acute trauma and chronic overuse disorders during training and during game season.
