Comparator Agent  Muscle Energy Technique And Scapular Exercises  we are going to divide two groups with shoulder rotator cuff tendinopathy in which one group is having general treatment with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretch and other group with muscle energy technique to check which group get the best result sooner. Duration is of 3 times per week for 2 weeks  
Intervention  Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation And Scapular Exercises  We are going to divide two groups with shoulder rotator cuff tendinopathy in which one group is having general treatment with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretch and other group with muscle energy technique to check which group get the best result sooner. Duration is of 3 times per week for 2 weeks.

clinical diagnosed with orthopedic doctor explained the problem of Rotator cuff tendinopathy
VAS should be range from 2-8
out of 4 physical test 2 should be positive like full can test
jobes test resisted external rotation test , Hawkins-kennedy test,  
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  no history of any shoulder surgery
no recent fractures
both hand dominance user
no pathology within the joint or body
no neurological condition around the neck , hand, elbow

Brief Summary   Participants were selected on the bases of inclusion and exclusion criteria and assessment were done before the intervention and post intervention. This study involves cricket bowlers having condition rotator cuff tendinopathy, we apply stretching techniques on both the groups , group 1 having pnf with scapula exercises and the other group having met with scapular exercises. with duration of 2 weeks and the best result will be on our outcomes measures like pain , range of motion and western ontario index.
