Intervention  Circuit Training  Group B received Circuit training with routine training program for 6 weeks. Participant performed training for 3 session per week of circuit training, included 5 minutes of warm up and 5 minutes of cool down. In the first and second week they had to complete four sets of 8*30s per training, For the 3rd and 4th training week, the training load was gradually adapted by increasing the number of sets to 5 at 8*30s per session. For 5th and 6th week, number of sets increased to 6 at 8*30Ss. There are 8 stations include: •Station 1: Seated Row •Station 2: Chest Press •Station 3: Lateral pull •Station 4: Sit up toes •Station 5: Crunches •Station 6: Planks •Station 7: Footwork pattern •Station 8: Depth Jump

ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1.Athletes with a history of concussion and head injuries
2.Athletes who are taking medications that may affect their exercise performance
3.Athletes who have participated in any form of HIIT or circuit training within past three months
4.Athletes who are free from acute-injuries(shoulder, elbow, wrist) that would prevent participation in training sessions.
5.Athletes who have recent menarche and oligomenorrhea
6.Any musculoskeletal problem (strains, sprains, fractures, brusing, open wounds etc.) that will decrease the complaince of players to participate in the study.
