Intervention / Comparator Agent

Intervention  Exercise Therapy  In Week 1, the program includes cervical manual traction performed in 3 sets of 10-second holds, 5 days per week. Cervical muscle release involves stretching the upper trapezius, levator scapulae, sternocleidomastoid, and scalene muscles, with 3 sets of 30-second holds, 5 days per week. Gaze stability exercises are performed for 1 to 2 minutes, five times a day. Additionally, the Brandt-Daroff exercise is completed with 2 repetitions. In Week 2, cervical manual traction progresses to 5 sets of 20-second holds, 5 days per week. Cervico-occipital muscle release involves stretching the same muscle groups as Week 1, but with 5 sets of 30-second holds, 5 days per week. Gaze stability exercises increase to 3 to 5 minutes, five times a day. The Brandt-Daroff exercise is performed with 3 repetitions. During Week 3, gaze stability exercises further increase to 5 to 7 minutes, five times a day. The Brandt-Daroff exercise progresses to 4 repetitions and is continued until the patient experiences no vertigo. Apley’s maneuver is introduced with 3 repetitions. In Week 4, Apley’s maneuver progresses to 4 repetitions, and the Brandt-Daroff exercise increases to 5 repetitions. Balance training is introduced at Stage 1-2. In Week 5, balance training progresses to Stage 3-4, and Apley’s maneuver is performed with 5 repetitions. Finally, in Week 6, balance training advances to Stage 5-7, and Apley’s maneuver is performed with 6 repetitions.
