A Multicentric Prospective cohort study will be conducted in the Sunrise group of hospitals, including Sunrise Hospital - Kakkanad, Kanhangad, Kasargod and Changaramkulam. The study aims to analyze the anatomical and functional outcome following total laparoscopic hysterectomy with sacrocolpopexy to vaginal hysterectomy with sacrospinous fixation in terms of rate of recurrence of vault prolapse and quality of life. |
