Brief Summary
|
This study involves randomized intervention targeting pain and craniovertebral angle, with 36 participants divided into three groups: Kendall exercises + ergonomics (Group A), muscle energy technique (MET) + ergonomics (Group B), and ergonomics only (Group C). Pre- and post-intervention assessments will occur over 4 weeks. Interventions: - Group A: Kendall exercises focusing on cervical extensors, deep cervical flexors, shoulder retraction, and pectoral stretching, with advised ergonomics performed 5 times weekly with ergonomics.
- Group B: MET for the upper Trapezius, Scalenus, Sternocleidomastoid, and Levator scapulae, emphasizing isometric contractions and guided stretching with relaxation with ergonomics performed 5 times weekly.
- Group C: Ergonomic adjustments, including workspace design and posture education Weekly.
Assessment and Analysis: Pain levels and craniovertebral angles are evaluated before and after 4 weeks of intervention. Data analysis will follow the intervention period to assess effectiveness. |
