Brief Summary   This study explores the effectiveness of different irrigation techniques in reducing post-operative pain and microbial load in patients with symptomatic apical periodontitis. It compares four methods: negative pressure irrigation (Pulpsucker system), passive ultrasonic irrigation (XP-Endo Finisher), manual dynamic agitation, and conventional needle irrigation. It aims to highlight the benefits of modern techniques in improving root canal treatment outcomes.
