Details  1) Patients having only sign and symptoms of Ghrishta vrana (Abrasion).
2) Patients can vary in age from 15 to 60 years.
3) Patients irrespective of sex, religion, socio-economic.
4) wounds that occur within 6 hours after an injury.
5) Dimension of lacerated wound upto 8cm × 4cm × 0.5mm.
(Length × width x depth). 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1)Diagnosed Patients of known case of systemic illeness Diabetic wounds,
Gangrenous wounds.
2)Burn wound, Bedsore.
3)Patients having bleeding disorder.
4)patients having immune compressive disease like HbsAg , AIDS or HIV syndrome, DM, Hepatitis B., TB.
5) patient with ploytrauma will be excluded.

Brief Summary   Objective – To assess the efficacy of Ashwagandhadi lepa in the management of Ghrishta vrana with special reference to abrased wound. 
Group A (Trial Group) - 40 patients (excluding dropouts) NS -  (for cleaning) Ashwagandhadi lepa 
Group B ( Control Group) - 40 patients (excluding dropouts) - NS(for cleaning) Betadine ointment
Management of ghrishta vrana generally involve Ropana karama followed by sterile dressing ,where as Ashwagandhadi lepa fullfill the properties of vrana ropan ,veadnashamak, shothhar ,raktstambhak which is importance for wound healing . 
SAMPLING TECHNIQUE – Simple Random Sampling Technique. 80 diagnosed Ghrishta vrana patients will be present at the OPD and IPD fulfilled the inclusive and exclusive criteria will be selected by computer generated random number method.
Application Of Lepa on - 0th , 1st, 2nd , 3rd , 4th , 5th , 6th, days 
Follow Up - 9th ,12th, 15th Day 
Assessment Criteria - The Study will be strictly based on Assessment of Subjective Parameter by the Grading them.
OBSERVATION TABLE - Observations & results will be noted during & at the end of study, Page | 22 statistical analysis, discussion will be done & conclusion will be drawn accordingly. Examination of signs and symptoms of Ghrishta vrana will be noted. Photograph will be taken before and after treatment in case of special Interest. 
DISCUSSION:- Discussion will be made after statistical analysis and according to the result observed at the end of treatment.
RESULTS & CONCLUSION:- Conclusion will be drawn on the basis of statistical analysis with overall assessment tabulation and graphic representation of data. 
SUMMARY:- All clinical work will be summarized step by step.
