Pre-test knowledge regarding prevention of renal calculi will be taken. Then general population will go through video assisted teaching programme. After that post-test will be taken. |

Brief Summary
|
Kidney stones are a common
and costly disease; it has been reported that over 8.8% of the United States
population will be affected by this malady, and direct and indirect treatment
costs are estimated to be several billion dollars per year in this country. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of video assisted
teaching programme on knowledge regarding the prevention of renal calculi among
general population. 85 participants will be selected from Sawangi Meghe village. Pretest will be taken regarding knowledge about prevention of renal calculi. Then will go through video assisted teaching programme and then post test will be taken. Data will be analysed for the changes in knowledge. |
