Brief Summary   This study aims to evaluate the effect of short-duration versus long-duration Muscle Energy Technique (MET) combined with a hot moist pack (HMP) on hamstring tightness. Ethical clearance will be obtained from the Institutional Ethical Committee, and the trial will be registered with the Clinical Trials Registry-India (CTRI). The study will adhere to the Helsinki principles and ICMR guidelines. Participants will be screened for hamstring tightness, and those meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be recruited after obtaining informed consent. They will be randomly divided into two groups: Group A (HMP + short-duration MET) and Group B (HMP + long-duration MET). All participants will receive a hot moist pack for 10 minutes prior to the MET intervention. Outcome measures, including the Active Knee Extension Test (AKET), Sit-to-Reach Test (SRT), and Straight Leg Raise Test (SLR), will be assessed pre- and post-treatment to compare the effectiveness of the interventions.
