Brief Summary
|
This study investigates the effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on reducing academic procrastination, improving resilience, and decreasing anxiety levels among undergraduate students. ACT is a third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapy focusing on enhancing psychological flexibility through mindfulness and value-based actions. Participants will be undergraduate students from a selected university in Chennai, identified through purposive sampling. The study involves pre-test and post-test assessments to measure outcomes related to academic procrastination, resilience, and anxiety using validated tools. The intervention includes structured ACT sessions delivered over a specified period. |
