Primary objective Understanding of the stress landscape among faculty in a medical college. Secondary objective Quantify workload distribution among medical faculty to highlight areas of imbalance. Explore gender and diversity impacts on faculty workload balance and support system access for disparities. Compare medical faculty experiences across institutions and countries to identify stressor variations and coping mechanisms. |
