INTRODUCTION Ayurveda is the oldest and most scientific branch of
medical science as well as a complete science of life The main purpose of
Ayurveda is to provide health benefits to the entire
life Acharya Charak has described thirteen types of Strotas in
Vimana Sthan Adhyay five Strotovimana and
Acharya Sushruta has described eleven pairs
of strotas in Sharir sthan Adhyay nine Dhamani
vyakaransharir Acharya Charak has considered Basti
and Vankshan, whereas Acharya Sushruta has considered Basti
and Medhra as the moola of Mutravaha strotasa Mootra-atipravritijanya roga This group
includes twenty types of Prameha roga Mootra-apravritijanya roga This group
includes Mootrakrichhra Mootraghata Ashmari roga
NEED OF THE STUDY There has been lack of proper research work on
the etiopathogenesis of mootrakrichhra so the current study
on mootrakrichhra can be used to
prevent mootrakrichhra by nidan parivarjana Therefore given the above context and
prevalence the etiopathogenesis of diseases
of mootravaha strotas wsr to Mootrakrichhra Dysuria has been selected to explore the etiological factors and pathogenesis
of mootrakrichhra so that the proper diagnosis can be
made
