2. Patient in age group from 40 to 60 years.
3. Patient having following symptoms such as- Pain, swelling, tenderness, crepitus, stiffness.
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  1.Patient is not fit for janubasti and interferential therapy.
2.Patients of chronic Osteoarthritis of knee joint with bony deformity.
3. Patients suffering from Rheumatic Heart Disease, Gouty arthritis.
4. Patients with systemic disorders such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
5. Patient suffering from skin disease and open lesions.
6. Pregnant women
7. Patient suffering from osteopenia.

Brief Summary   A Comparative clinical study to study the effect of Janubasti with Panchaguna Taila (medicated oil with anti-inflammatory) and Interferential Therapy (physiotherapy modality using electrical stimulation) in managing Janusandhigata Vata (OsteoArthritis of knee joint).
The study aims to assess and compare these treatment’s effect on symptoms like pain, swelling, tenderness, crepitus, and degree of flexion of Janusandhigata Vata.
A total 40 patients divided into 2 groups will undergo these therapies. The methodology includes ethical approval , informed consent, subjective criteria, objective criteria (example- VAS Scale and RAI tenderness scale).
The clinical trial likely highlight the holistic and deeper healing potential of Ayurvedic therapy and conventional therapy.
