Brief Summary

The study will be conducted on desktop workers having neck pain with scapular dyskinesia. Participants will be invited to participate in the study and chosen according to inclusion criteria. They will be informed about the study protocol and written informed consent will be obtained. After getting their consent the participants who are willing to participate will be divided into two groups- Group A (IASTM) and Group B (INMT), with each including conventional exercises. The group of muscle to be treated are upper trapezius, lower trapezius, Levator Scapulae, Serratus Anterior ,Rhomboids major, Rhomboid minor,Latissimus Dorsi. Both groups will be given the treatment 3 days a week for 4 weeks. Conventional Exercises includes Stretching of Scalene, Stretching of Sternocleidomastoid, Isometric exercises for: neck flexion, neck extension, neck side flexion, neck rotation .
