Brief Summary

First preparation of the subject will be done in that adequate exposure of the body part, All accessories worn on the upper limbs will be removed to ensure accurate measurements. Participants will be seated upright on a plastic chair with adequate back support and arm rest. First Dominant hand Grip strength will be measured using an electronic hand dynamometer (EH101 by Camry) with participants performing a maximum isometric grip for 3 seconds, repeated three times with a 1-minute rest interval between attempts. The measurement show in digital will be recorded in that best of 3 result will be recorded. Following this, neural mobilization will be performed from a comfortable position without causing discomfort. The mobilization will involve slow, consecutive oscillations for one minute, followed by three minutes of rest. Techniques will vary depending on the nerve being mobilized – the median nerve, radial nerve, or ulnar nerve – with specific positioning protocols followed for each. Post-intervention grip strength will be measure 3 times in that best of 3 results will be recorded. Then again same assessment and intervention will be done for the non-dominant side .Pre- and post-intervention data will be analyzed statistically to determine the immediate effect of neural mobilization on grip strength in computer workers.
